Hanyu Financial and Commercial Center A5-3# Building and Ancillary Facilities Project
Located in the Jinan High-tech zone, this Project is a super high-rise building integrating office, hotel, and business. Upon completion, it will become a landmark building of Jinan City. This Project consists of one tower building and one attached building, with a total construction area of 253,854.32 square meters, a building height of approximately 339 meters and 69 floors above the ground. As a super high-rise building, due to the narrow site, complicated environment, tight schedule and high quality requirements, thus the construction is very difficult.
The pump-free large-volume concrete articulated chute construction technology self-developed by the Project solves the problems of narrow site and large raft concrete pouring volume. During the implementation of this technology, the instantaneous speed can reach 320 cubic meters within 5 minutes, ranking the first in the country and the average speed is 11,000 cubic meters every 20 hours, ranking the first in Shandong. This technology has won the Shandong Provincial Outstanding Construction Method Prize and the First Prize of QC Achievements of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd., and evaluation result proves that this technology has reached the international advanced level.
Super high-rise swing arm tower crane bearing mechanism self-lift technology achieves the self-lift of tower crane climbing component, improves the hoisting efficiency, reduces the climbing energy consumption, and obtains the First Prize of QC Achievements of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd.
The independent power unit intelligent hydraulic creeping formwork and aluminum formwork comprehensive construction technology takes the creeping formwork as the construction carrier. The aluminum formwork is connected with the creeping formwork by specially-made formwork-back equipment, removed and assembled by the formwork-back equipment and lifted by the creeping formwork. In the implementation process, 6 independently-developed technologies are used. At the present, the construction speed of one floor every 3 days is achieved.
The ultra-high-strength steel pipe concrete jacking technology can make the C60 high-strength concrete jacked by 21.5 meters at a time and the maximum jacking height will reach 181 meters. This is the first application of the high-strength steel pipe concrete jacking technology in super high-rise building with the height more than 200 meters in Shandong Province.
Solid-fluid integrated self-energy dissipation super high-rise closed type garbage conveying technology changes the original situation that the super high-rise solid waste and liquid waste need to be discharged by an separately-provided pipe, provides a same conveying path for solid and liquid waste, separately disposes the solid waste and liquid waste in different floors by stopper and improves the civilized construction standard on the site.
The box-type intelligent low-energy consumption concrete block maintenance technology adopts the circulating water system for maintenance and spraying for temperature control. In winter, solar energy is adopted to heat up the maintenance water to reduce energy consumption. The temperature and humidity monitoring equipment, which is installed inside the maintenance room, can directly upload the temperature and humidity data and real-time image by the Internet.
